Main

In the Main tab you can adjust the following settings:

  • Size of calendar grid: small or full-screen calendar. If you choose small calendar, click monitor preview to choose the calendar arrangement on your desktop.
Note. Your records will be displayed in the calendar cells for the Full desktop calendar or as hints on mouseover for the Small calendar.
  • Margin - set margin to the fixed value (margin value is specified in pixels).
  • Start up options - default settings for the Screen Calendar start are Launch with Windows start and Minimize after start. The additional option Exit after calendar completing allows you to recreate the new calendar after starting and just then exit the program. In that case the program icon won't appear in your system tray and the next time you will have to run the program manually.
If you select the Launch with Windows start option only (and deselect Minimize after start) the program window will appear after Windows startup. You have to close or minimize that window manually.
  • Other options.
    • Hide calendar after exit. Default setting is that the calendar remains on desktop even after exit. If you want the calendar to disappear when you exit the program, check this option.
    • Show current date on icon. Choose the view of Screen Calendar icon in your system tray:
    • Auto close popup news. If you're subscribed to Web iCalendar sources, you'll see popup news when sources are updated and new events imported to Screen Calendar. Select/deselect this option to close news popups automatically or manually.
