Dates (SC Outlook Edition)

Dates tab in Screen Calendar Outlook edition allows to:

• set default holidays. Select/deselect any day of week. Selected days will be marked as holidays in the calendar. Default holidays are Saturday and Sunday, but you can change this if needed.
• select Outlook calendars to update notes from. If you use more than one calendar in MS Outlook, Screen Calendar automatically gets list of all available calendars. You can select notes from what calendar(s) should be updated in the desktop calendar. Unselected calendar(s) will be skipped during the update.
• set automatic update frequency. You can select the frequency from 5 minutes to 12 hours for Screen Calendar to update your records from Outlook. Requires Automatic update from Outlook option to be enabled.
• choose a mark for the dates with notes. That is the way how dates with notes will look in the desktop calendar. The possible marks are listed in the drop-down menu. They are: left or right top corner in red color or in date color and underlining the date.
• show description in hint means that event description will be shown together with its subject in hint for the small calendar.
