Plan our day with the calendar scheduler - For Screen Calendar Outlook: We can schedule our business day in Outlook and display that on the desktop calendar directly; For Screen Calendar Standard: We use the built-in scheduler; however, we can export our records to Microsoft Outlook and import that from Microsoft Outlook to Screen Calendar. For both versions: Marking the dates with notes is shown only on the small calendar. We can choose one of five marking appearances: left or right top corner by red color or date color or underlining. Our records will be shown in the cells of full screen calendar and appear alike hints for picked dates. To read our notes, just move a mouse over calendar. 

4. Print a customized calendar image - For Screen Calendar Outlook: As far as we schedule our business day in Outlook we can print our records from Outlook also. In Screen Calendar Standard we can print: Desktop calendar as is: both the current calendar and the background will be fit to page with saving the proportions.
